| We are delighted you have chosen to visit our Web Site. Our "Gift of Appreciation" by means of this letter and the accompanying application, is not just a bonus of our relationship, but what we hope will become an integral part of your financial plan and financial system: a repository for your Philanthropic Wealth. |

| As you become more successful financially, you will want to pay increasing attention to philanthropy. We believe that giving is for everyone, and we believe that as we prosper we have even more responsibility to share that prosperity with our children, grandchildren, future generations and others in our community who maybe less fortunate. It is our hope that once you fully under the benefits of giving you will come to share in this philosophy, if you don't already. |

| So, by this application we are giving you YOUR OWN FAMILY FOUNDATION. It will operate on your behalf and at your direction under the supervision of the National Heritage Foundation, headquartered in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area. You can have a closer look at NHF by viewing their website at www.nhf.org. Or you may call their staff with questions at (800) 986-4483. Here are some of the reasons why we are encouraging your participation in philanthropy: |

| 1. | It's Your Own Foundation. Your name, your ideas and your values will go on forever. If you like, we can set up a foundation for each member of your family. |
| 2. | It's Free. We have arranged with NHF to waive the application fee for you (it's normally $285.00). When you begin your foundation you will receive a Walnut Plaque, three books and a parchment certificate from NHF. All that's required is a minimum donation of $100.00 to fund your foundation. |
| 3. | It's Tax-wise. All gifts to your foundation are fully tax-deductible. All contributions you make of cash (the initial $100.00), stock, tangible property, and real estate are fully deductible. Contributions your friends, relatives, and others make to your Foundation are also fully tax deductible. |
| 4. | Deferred Gifts may be deductible, too. Gift Annuities, Charitable Trusts, Life Insurance are also tax deductible. We are prepared to advise and assist you with the creation and implementation of these instruments. |
| 5. | It can Employ You. You and/or your family members might someday work for your Foundation. Then, of course, you have only REPOSITIONED your wealth from Personal Wealth to Philanthropic Wealth. Foundation Employees may be compensated for bona fide charitable work, which accomplishes the foundations purpose, and is approved by NHF. |
| 6. | It can make gifts anywhere in the world. Through your Foundation you may make gifts to charitable projects in other countries that you could not deduct if made directly. |
| 7. | It can make your current giving "come alive." NHF will design letterhead and "foundation profiles" at no charge upon request. You may even have the donation checks mailed directly to you for personal delivery. |
| 8. | It costs very little. There is a one-time Marketing Charge on each incoming gift of 2.5%. When you balance grows above $10,000 you may have your own portfolio under our supervision, and NHF will charge ½% per quarter. These charges are negotiable on larger foundations. |
| 9. | Your heirs may someday work for the foundation. What a thrill to contemplate that your great grandchildren yet unborn may actually work for the Family Foundation, know your name, ideas and values. |
| 10. | You may touch activities INSIDE a charity. May people with charities on their hearts enjoy the ability with a foundation to assist just a part of the charity's program, such as Engineering or Golf Scholarships at a college, the Bell Choir at a church, or Youth Programs through the Lions Club, Optimist Club, or the local gun club. |
| 11. | You may change your mind anytime. NHF permits you to add, delete or change your charitable scope of work any time you choose. Simply send the new instructions into NHF and they will guide the distributions. |
| 12. | You may become independent of NHF. If at any time you feel that you no longer need or desire your foundation, you may have the assets transferred to any other public charity. |
| We have attached an application with full instructions, which you may download. Each application should be returned to our office with at least a $100 initial donation. Make your check payable to your foundation. Remember, this foundation is not simply a gift from us to you. This foundation is an integral part of your financial plan and is just one of the "More Options and Better Solutions" we provide for our clients. |
